What is individual leasing?
Individual leasing (or by-the-bed leasing) means you are solely responsible for your own bed space and financial obligations under your lease agreement. You are not financially liable if a roommate pays rent late, transfers, or moves out prior to 07/25/2027.
Do you offer roommate matching?
Yes, Millennium offers a roommate matching program to help connect compatible residents. During the application process, you will complete a questionnaire detailing your [Lifestyle Preferences, e.g., Sleep Habits, Study Routines, Cleanliness Expectations] so our team can match you prior to move-in.
How do I submit a maintenance request?

What safety features does the community offer?

Do bedrooms have private bathrooms?
Yes, every bedroom floor plan at Millennium includes a Private/En-Suite Bathroom, giving each resident their own dedicated private bathroom space for maximum convenience and privacy.
What fitness and workout facilities are available at Millennium?
Millennium features a state-of-the-art fitness center equipped with Fitness Equipment, e.g., Treadmills, Ellipticals, Free Weights, and resistance machines. Residents can access the facility at any time.
