What do I need to bring at move in?
Please bring a valid Government Identification Card, First Month Rent via Check or Money order, as well as any other documents needed Ie Pet forms, bank statements, etc.
Is my first month of rent prorated?
We do not pro rate the first month of rent as the rent is divided into 12 equal installments. If we were to prorate the first month, other months would be at a higher rate which we do not want!
What is your pet policy?
We love our furry family! Dog and Cats are allowed. We require a nonrefundable $400 Pet Fee and Pet Rent is $25 each month. Aggressive breeds are not allowed. We ask any dog to be under 80 pounds. Upon move in, must provide documentation that animals are up to date with vaccines.
What furniture is included?
Common Area- Washer and Dryer, Major Appliances, Bar Stools, Couch, Chair, Entertainment Center, Coffee Table, Side Table, Mounted 48 Inch TV. Bedroom- Mattress, Headboard, Desk, Chair, Nightstand, Dressers
What Utilities are included in Rent:
Rent, Water, Trash, Sewage, Wifi & Internet. Electricity is provided via OG&E and will be billed to your resident portal every month. The amount is split with roommates based on usage for the month.
How Do I confirm my pricing while applying?
The only way to have your price confirmed is to have all documents signed and approved. This means the application, lease, and screening results are completed by you and your guarantor.
How does your leasing process work?
First things, let’s get your application started! Stay on our website and hit apply! You will need to apply with someone who will make 4X the monthly rental installments and can pass a credit check. Once you and your guarantor have applied, we will send you a lease to sign. The last step is to go through the screening process. Once approved, you are good to call Millennium your next home.
